Deleting IG from the phone is definitely an IT but the damn thing keeps sucking me back in. Sitting in the sunshine when it is finally not freezing cold and forgetting all the inside mess is IT. Being thrilled for other writers who are bringing their books dreams to life right now, SO IT!
I deleted my IG app as well two months ago and that was IT. But what’s even better was installing OneSec App which does not block an access to app but forces you to wait a bit and reconsider - as a result my use of news sites dropped to such level that I hardly notice Iran war :) But definitely this spring was about discovering female spirituality from the other side of Atlantic (i.e. yours) - reading Kate Bowler, Sarah Bessey and now Shannon.
