Friends, I am very excited to invite you to join me for a very special one-time opportunity! Summer can be a difficult time to honor our bodies, yet they are so worthy of honor and gratitude. Join me for this 3-session virtual retreat to start your summer off in a healthy and whole way: in right relationship with your sacred body.
The Luminous Summer Retreat is a 3-day virtual event designed to empower you to honor your body as a very real part of your spiritual life. Attendees will be invited to explore internalized social messaging that villainizes our bodies, consider tangible ways to take up space as an act of faith, and experiment with spiritual practices that integrate body and soul.
Inspired by my guided journal by the same name, topics covered include:
reconsidering the social narrative
growing and expanding
embracing aging
body acceptance as radical peacemaking
and the physical nature of connection to God, people, and earth

other FAQ:
Who is this for? Any woman who would like to grow in integrating her body into her spiritual life and practices. I will do my best to create as inclusive a space as possible for all bodily experiences brought to the group.
When does registration close? Registration will remain open until the first day of the retreat.
Is there a limit on participants? I am not planning on limiting the number of participants at this time.
What if I can’t make every session? No biggie! You will receive the recordings afterwards and can go back and watch the one you missed at your convenience.
Is this appropriate if I have a history of disordered eating? Food and weight loss will never be discussed in this retreat. Even still, your gut is the best indicator of whether this feels like a safe opportunity for you.
