Happy Wednesday and welcome to midweek jollies, a paid subscriber perk here at The Rewilded Life. The horrors continue to persist in the world writ large, but for this little sliver of time all you have to think about are various and sundry pleasantries. Included this week: Moms gone wild, a novel I hated, ‘The Four Seasons’ is fine I guess, and summer tunes from Gigi Perez.
If you are a mom, or live with a mom, or know a mom who needs some R&R, look no further than the Rewilding Motherhood retreat I’ll be leading at The Well Spirituality Center in the Chicago area on July 18-20. I can feel in my bones that this is going to be a particularly special time, and I’m really looking forward to it. You can reply directly to this email to ask me questions or to get a sample schedule. Hope to see you there!
Reading
Reading this book (or half of it, because it was most definitely a DNF for me) not only made me very sleepy, it left me nothing short of befuddled. How can so many readers love this book?! How does it have 100k five star reviews on Goodreads?! How did my best friend find it hilarious?!
BEFUDDLED, I tell you.
